Rita L. (Souza) Cabral, age 74, passed away on Sunday February 8, 2015. She was the wife of the late Armando S. Cabral, and daughter of the late Henrique and Mary (Oliver) Souza. Rita was a Legal Secretary at Horvitz & Brilhante for 33 years and was also the owner of the St. Michael’s Club. She loved spending time with her family, traveling, going to the theater and was a member of St. Dominic’s Parish. She is survived by her children Stephanie Zannella (husband Gerard) of Coventry RI, Joseph H. (wife Gail), Jordan L. and Louis A. Cabral all of Swansea, grandmother of Alexander and Vincent Zannella, Sydney, Reid, Zachary and Armand Cabral, sister-in-law Gloria Souza, and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Henrique Souza Jr. Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on SATURDAY here at 8 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Dominic’s Church at 9 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours on FRIDAY from 4-8 P.M.
